STORE POLICIES

Return Policy:

We only offer exchanges/store credit for any products purchased within 30 days and with the original receipt/invoice. Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchanges.


Course Package & Gift Certificate Policies:

-- All course package and gift certificate purchases are FINAL SALE and expire a year from date of purchase. Course Package and Gift Certificate's values are only valid for redeeming services or purchasing products.
-- All services/value must be redeemed within the time frame, please keep in mind of the original date of purchase as we are not responsible for reminding customers of upcoming expiration date.
-- We are not responsible for any lost/stolen gift certificates, but will make replacements to the original purchaser, given that original receipt is provided and its value hasn’t been redeemed. 
 

Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

To schedule an appointment, we will request your credit card information for a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will be paid on the day after your service(s).

Cancellations and no shows affect us greatly as it is difficult to fill in the time slot! In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call and notify us no later than the day before your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will lose your deposit.

By reading this, you acknowledge that you understand the Appointment and Cancellation Policy to KSS Day Spa, and authorize the charge to go onto your credit card by providing your credit card information.
